This notice explains what information Stock Group Analytics, LLC ("SGA") collects through stockgroupanalytics.com, how we use it and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, organization, topic and message.
• Job applications: your name, contact details, location, LinkedIn or portfolio link, résumé, U.S. citizenship status, current clearance level and any note you include.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking on this site, and we do not ask for information we do not need.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry.
• To review your application for the role you applied to and, with your consent, for future openings.
• To meet legal, security and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in SGA's own Microsoft Azure environment with access limited to SGA staff who need it. SGA operates an information security management system certified to ISO/IEC 27001.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that operate our systems on our behalf (such as Microsoft), or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as long as required by applicable law and federal contracting recordkeeping rules.
